As our Motion Design Lead, you'll inspire your team of Motion Designers & 3D Artists to elevate our creative standards and bring our brand to life visually.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

• Your role extends beyond animation. Using your creativity and experience, you'll help steer projects and foster a positive team environment.
• Craft motion graphics that align with our values and branding to tell AO’s story compellingly.
• Be the creative spark — transform briefs into captivating visuals, blending technical skill with artistic flair.
• Provide constructive and motivating feedback to your team, helping them overcome creative challenges and maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with other creative teams, like trade & brand marketing, to ensure our collective vision is realized and communication is seamless.

A Few Things About You

• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling, especially in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
• You are a senior motion designer with leadership experience who can inspire and guide creative talent.
• You take full ownership of your work, briefs, projects, ideas, and meetings.
• You excel at building relationships with colleagues and clients, staying aware of industry trends and team dynamics.
• You communicate confidently and are receptive to feedback and diverse perspectives.
• Your communication skills are excellent.
