Job description

Rapier Employment Ltd is looking to hire a MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join their family-run garage in Steventon, Oxfordshire.

Job role: MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician

Salary: From £33,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on qualification & experience.

Responsibilities: Vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and MOT testing.

Requirements: At least a Level 3 qualification in Automotive repair or equivalent experience, a full UK driving licence, and a Level 2 Award in MOT testing. The candidate should be a team player, able to work unsupervised & to tight deadlines, with excellent customer service skills.

Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, with 1-hour lunch break. Flexible working hours may be considered for the right candidate. Expected to work every other Saturday morning with time off in the week to reflect this.
