Halfords is hiring for an MOT Tester at an Autocentre in the UK. The role combines MOT testing responsibilities with light vehicle maintenance support, in a busy workshop environment.

You must hold a current MOT Testing Licence and a full UK driving licence (no more than 9 points). The post offers a base salary (£35,000–£36,770) with an uncapped monthly bonus scheme averaging £5,300 per year, bringing on-target earnings up to £42,070. Qualifications

• Current MOT Testing Licence required; other roles available if licence is not held.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points is essential.
• Team player willing to assist in workshop with light vehicle maintenance when not performing MOTs.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOT tests in a busy Halfords Autocentre workshop.
• Assist with light vehicle maintenance when not conducting MOTs.
• Support the workshop team to deliver quality motoring services.
