Job summary

Halfords is seeking a motivated MOT Tester for our Fusion centre in Leicestershire. You will carry out MOT tests and assist with light maintenance while delivering a first-class customer experience in a fast-paced workshop.

We offer a base salary of £34,000–£36,770 with an uncapped monthly bonus, averaging £5,300 per year, aimed at achieving on-target earnings up to £42,070. Benefits include generous leave and other staff perks.

Qualifications

• Current MOT Testing Licence.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 9 points.
• Team player willing to assist in workshop activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOT testing on vehicles in line with regulations.
• Carry out light vehicle maintenance when not performing MOTs.
