Job summary

Kwik Fit in Southport is seeking an MOT Tester to deliver all MOT tests to government standards and help keep customers safe on the road. The role requires a valid MOT licence and a driving licence, with the opportunity to progress as part of a large, dealer-backed network.

You'll update customers on progress and explain any recommended work, while collaborating with centre colleagues to maintain high service quality and safety standards.

The Day to Day You'll deliver all aspects of the MOT test to Government standards, with the key objective of keeping our customers safe on the road. You'll support the customer through the process-updating them with progress, any work that needs doing and, where necessary, why their car failed. It's all about building lifelong customer relationships, and you'll put as much into
that as you do the technical aspects of your role. Who we're looking for You'll need a valid MOT licence and driving licence. You'll also be able to reassure customers that they're in safe hands and build rapport so that choose us for their MOT every year.
