Job summary

Eden Tyres & Servicing, trading as SMS Motor Services Ltd, is expanding its team in Yaxley, Cambridgeshire. We are seeking a qualified MOT Tester/Mechanic to ensure high standards of vehicle inspections and safety across our modern garage.

You will perform Class 4 and Class 7 MOT tests in line with DVSA guidelines, with opportunities to contribute to general repairs and servicing as required. A competitive salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

• DVSA-approved MOT Tester for Class 4 and Class 7.
• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience within a modern garage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Class 4 and Class 7 MOT tests per DVSA standards.

Eden Tyres & Servicing is expanding and looking for a dedicated MOT Tester/Mechanic to join our friendly team in Yaxley, Cambridgeshire.

About the Role

As a vital part of our garage team, your duties will include:

• Carrying out Class 4 and Class 7 MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
• Potential involvement in general vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements

• DVSA-approved MOT Tester (Class 4 and Class 7)
• Full UK Driving Licence
