Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd Automotive division seeks an experienced MOT Tester in Welwyn Garden City. You will liaise with service advisors and customers, perform Vehicle Health Checks, and carry out MOTs with timely delivery while maintaining accurate paperwork.

The ideal candidate holds an MOT qualification/licence and an NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30 with occasional Sat mornings; salary £35k–£38k plus garage bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MOT qualification/licence.
• Relevant qualification NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Service Advisors and customers to ensure clear communication.
• Give all Vehicle Health Checks and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Carry out MOTs and maintain high productivity within deadlines.
• Ensure all documents and paperwork are completed and up to date.

The Automotive division of Questech Recruitment Ltd currently have an exciting new position for an experienced MOT Tester to join a great company with excellent benefits with many chances for personal development and progression.

Duties

• Liaise with all Service Advisors and customers.
• Make sure all necessary Vehicle Health Checks are completed.
• All work is completed within the given timeframe, and a high level of productivity is maintained.
• Carry out MOT's.
• All documents / paperwork is completed and up to date.

Hours

You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Saturday morning will be required on occasions.

Pay

Annual salary is between £35 - £38k. Garage bonuses are available.
