We are pleased to be working alongside our well-established, family-owned, expanding, and highly reputable automotive client as they seek to recruit an additional MOT Tester to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. MOT Tester

Full-Time Permanent Role

Working hours: Mon - Fri (apply online only), plus 1 Saturday morning every 3 weeks (apply online only)

Location: Henfield area. Plenty of free parking on site. Due to the rural workplace location, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have your own vehicle.

Salary: GBP 32,000 - GBP 40,000 per year, plus very good company benefits, including a heated workshop in winter.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• This role involves all levels of MOT testing for Class 4 and 7 vehicles.
• You must be confident in your abilities and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Mainly conducting MOTs, with some mechanical and service work as needed.
• You will work in small teams supported by admin staff, with access to up-to-date IT and diagnostic systems, modern equipment, and a clean, safe environment.

Competencies, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Fully qualified (NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair).
• Experience within a dealer network or a large independent garage.
• MOT Licence is essential.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own vehicle due to the rural location.
