MOT Tester

Our client, a friendly family owned business in Liverpool, is looking for an experienced MOT Tester to join their team.

We are looking for a qualified MOT Tester with MOT Testing experience to join our busy centre on a full-time permanent basis, working with a team of 6 technicians

Package for MOT Tester:

- £35,000 Basic

- Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00

Skills & experience needed as an MOT Tester:

- A current valid MOT License
- Full UK driving license
- A willingness to assist with servicing, repairs and vehicle maintenance when not performing MOT’s
- DVSA MOT Tester License (Class 4 and/or 7).
- Proven experience as an MOT Tester within a reputable automotive workshop or garage.
- Strong knowledge of MOT testing procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address mechanical issues effectively.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
