Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester to join a reputable automotive service centre in Barnstaple. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified MOT Tester looking to advance their career within a well-established, supportive team environment.

Competitive basic salary of up to £34,000 per annum, with OTE up to £35,500 through performance-based bonuses. Monday to Friday, no weekends, with ongoing training and clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid MOT Tester certification and current entitlement.
• Proven experience performing MOT tests and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT inspections to meet industry standards and legal requirements.
• Inspect vehicles for faults, diagnosing issues accurately and efficiently.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation diligently.
• Provide advice to customers regarding repair and maintenance needs.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance within the workshop environment.
• Support team members to ensure workshop productivity and customer satisfaction as an MOT Tester.
