Job description

Join to apply for the MOT Tester role at Netwerkkennis.

We are looking to recruit an experienced MOT Tester on behalf of our leading nationwide autocentre client.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00, Saturday 08:30 to 17:00, with a day off in the week (negotiable). Sunday hours are 10:00 to 16:00, with an expectation of working 2 Sundays per month on a rota, with additional supplementary pay.

Holiday entitlement: 20 days per year plus statutory holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold a valid DVSA MOT Tester license (renewal paid for by the company if expired).
  • Conduct MOT tests to DVSA standards and input details into the DVSA system.
  • Fit specified products to customer vehicles and perform ancillary services.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the centre and equipment.
  • Promote sales of products and services in accordance with company procedures.
  • Follow company policies and management instructions.
  • Wear and maintain a clean, presentable uniform, including safety boots.
  • Be available to work at scheduled times.
