VEHICLE MECHANIC
Basic Salary: £26,000-£30,000
OTE: Up to £36,600
Location: Stockport
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, Saturdays on rota basis 08:00-12:00

Responsibilities of an MOT Tester and Vehicle Mechanic:

1. Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
2. Conducting MOT's in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
3. Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
4. Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
5. Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard

Skills and Qualifications of an MOT Tester and Vehicle Technician:

1. Valid MOT Licence Class 4
2. Ability to work as part of a team
3. A genuine commitment to delivering first-class customer service
4. NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
5. A time conscious and positive individual
