The Day to Day

• You’ll deliver all aspects of the MOT test to Government standards, with the key objective of keeping our customers safe on the road.
• You’ll support the customer through the process—updating them with progress, any work that needs doing, and, where necessary, why their car failed.
• It's all about building lifelong customer relationships, and you'll put as much into that as you do the technical aspects of your role.

Who we’re looking for

• You’ll need a valid MOT licence and driving licence.
• You’ll also be able to reassure customers that they’re in safe hands and build rapport so that they choose us for their MOT every year.
• And if there’s work to be done around the Centre, you’ll always be up for pitching in with your colleagues whenever you get a spare moment.
