Work with us

Kwik Fit - Bath

This role offers an OTE up to £42,000 inclusive of basic salary and bonus. Travel expenses re-imbursed and business insurance for vehicle covered.

We are looking for an MOT Tester with MOT Testing experience to join us to support local centres as a Floating MOT Tester. Within this role you will carry out MOT Testing at a range of centres in the local area.

You’ll support the customer through the process—updating them with progress, any work that needs doing, and, where necessary, why their car failed. It’s all about building lifelong customer relationships, and you’ll put as much into that as you do the technical aspects of your role.

Who we’re looking for

• You’ll need a valid MOT licence and driving licence.
• You’ll also be able to reassure customers that they’re in safe hands and build rapport so that they choose us for their MOT every year.
• If there’s work to be done around the Centre, you’ll always be up for pitching in with your colleagues whenever you get a spare moment.
