MOT Tester Role in Poole, Dorset

We are working with a motor garage in Poole seeking an MOT Tester to join their growing team.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 17.30 (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute tea breaks)
• 42.5 hours per week
• Saturday: 08.30 – 13.00 on a rota basis (paid as overtime)

Responsibilities

• Perform MOT tests on all vehicles booked into the workshop
• Communicate with advisors and customers regarding work carried out
• Maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidiness
• Attend regular training to update technical skills and meet dealer standards

Requirements

• Valid MOT Licence
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent customer service
• Stable attitude and flexibility
• Ability to work within agreed timescales
