Fully qualified MOT Tester with a valid MOT Licence.
Minimum 2 years experience in an automotive workshop.

Conduct all MOTs and perform standard servicing and fault analysis.
Liaise with customers regarding work carried out.

NVQ Level 2 - 3

Full UK Driving licence

Diagnostic systems experience

2 years experience in automotive workshop

Main Dealership/Independent experience

Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Repair

NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification

We are working with the UK’s largest Automotive service, maintenance and repair business in the Northampton area who are looking for an MOT Tester to join their busy Service Department.

Salary: £37,000 plus £5,800 basic

Key MOT Tester Roles and Responsibilities:

As the MOT Tester, you will undertake all MOTs for the site as well as complete standard servicing and fault analysis if required. You will also liaise with customers regarding work carried out.

Required Skills for the MOT Tester Role:

A valid MOT Licence and you will be a fully qualified MOT Tester
Level 2 - 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification)
A full UK Driving licence
MOT Tester needs experience in using the latest diagnostic systems (desirable but not essential)
2 years minimum experience within an automotive workshop environment
Main Dealership/Independent experience
Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Repair
