Job summary

Halfords is seeking qualified MOT testers for their Horsham site in West Sussex. The role offers a base salary with an uncapped monthly bonus and an opportunity to earn additional OTE through performance bonuses.

You will perform MOT testing, contribute to workshop activities, and support the team in daily maintenance tasks while enjoying extensive employee benefits and a clear progression path within the National Tyres and Autocare division.

Qualifications

• Current MOT Testing Licence is required.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Team player willing to assist in workshop when not performing MOTs.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out MOT tests and light vehicle maintenance.
• Assist in workshop and perform routine servicing when not MOTing.
• Contribute to a positive, efficient workshop environment.

Skills and experience

• Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points
• Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOT's
