Job description

We are pleased to be working alongside our well-established, family-owned, expanding, and highly reputable automotive client as they seek to recruit an additional MOT Tester to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Position: MOT Tester
  • Full-Time permanent role
  • Monday – Friday (Apply online only) plus 1 Saturday morning (Apply online only every 3 weeks)
  • Location: Henfield area. Plenty of free parking on site. Due to rural workplace location, a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are required.
Salary: GBP 32,000–GBP 40,000 per year plus very good company benefits, including a heated workshop in winter.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform all levels of MOT testing for Class 4 and 7 vehicles, maintaining high standards of quality and confidence in your work.
  • Mainly conducting MOTs, with some mechanical and service work as needed.
  • Work in small teams supported by admin, utilizing up-to-date IT and diagnostic systems, modern well-maintained equipment, in a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified (NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair).
  • Experience within a dealer network or a large independent workshop.
  • MOT Licence is essential.
  • Due to rural location, a full UK driving licence and own vehicle are necessary.
