Job summary

Halfords Garage Services is hiring a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester for our Fusion Centre in Brighton to lead first-class customer experiences and maintain vehicle safety. The role covers MOT testing to DVSA standards and a wide range of maintenance tasks, from diagnostics to routine services.

We offer a generous package including base salary of £38,000, on-target earnings up to £44,000, and a monthly uncapped bonus averaging £6,000 per year, with 5 days a week work and hybrid training

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience).
• Valid MOT Testing Licence.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• From diagnostics and repairs to routine services, ensure every job is done to the highest standard.

As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you’ll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work. From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, you’ll ensure every job is done to the highest standard.
