Job summary

Halfords is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester in the UK. The role focuses on MOT testing to DVSA standards and a wide range of maintenance work, from diagnostics to routine servicing, to keep vehicles safe on the road.

The position offers part-time hours (18-22 hours per week) with a base salary of £18,385 and an uncapped monthly bonus, plus flexible hours tailored to you. Join a large automotive service network with strong training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience).
• Valid MOT Testing Licence.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• Complete diagnostics and routine servicing to high standards.
