In’n’Out Autocentres is seeking an experienced MOT tester/technician to join our expanding fast-fit business. You will conduct MOT tests and vehicle services while delivering excellent customer care and building lasting relationships with customers.

Base salary ranges £30,000–£35,000 with monthly performance bonuses and staff discounts. Training, CPD opportunities, life assurance, and other benefits accompany a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive service & MOT: 2 years minimum.
• Full Driving Licence required.
• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOT tests and routine vehicle servicing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust.
• Adhere to quality, pricing and safety standards.
