Octane Recruitment's client, a fast-growing UK automotive retailer, seeks an MOT Technician for their Poole centre. You will perform MOT tests and light repairs, with progression through Level 3 qualifications as part of a strong training programme.

Requires a valid MOT licence and MOT tester experience; a full UK driving licence is essential. Salary £34,000–£37,000 with uncapped OTE (£3,600) and structured career progression.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence required.
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Experience as an MOT tester preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Completing MOTs on customer vehicles.
• Light and full-service work.
• Assist with fast-fit duties when required.
• Collaborate with workshop teams to hit targets.
• Communicate with Service/Parts teams and ensure DVSA compliance.
