Job summary

Protyre Autocare is seeking a customer-focused MOT Technician to join our team. You will carry out MOTs and mechanical repairs, with the opportunity for training and development through funded IMI courses. A regular bonus and staff discounts are part of the benefits package.

Essential: full UK driving licence and an active MOT licence. Experience in mechanical repairs and fast-fit is preferred. The Micheldever Group supports career progression across UK centres.

Qualifications

• Valid MOT Licence.
• Full UK driving licence (held for at least 6 months).
• Experience in mechanical servicing and fast-fit repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT testing in line with DVSA requirements.
• Perform servicing and repairs including brakes and exhausts.
• Carry out fast-fit Tyre fitting and use alignment equipment.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and to high standards.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and company uniform policy.
