Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced MOT Technician in Guildford to join a well-established car dealership group. You will service and maintain vehicles to manufacturer specs, perform MOT tests, diagnose faults, and support the workshop team in a busy environment.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £36,000 basic with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £45,000+. Training in EV technology is available, with paid overtime and a strong focus on career development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with relevant experience.
• MOT testing certification desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform minor repairs.
• Willingness to learn and train in EV technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle servicing and routine maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Perform MOT tests and diagnose faults.
• Undertake minor mechanical repairs and documentation.
• Provide high standards of customer service.
• Support workshop team to meet targets.
