Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Banbury is seeking an experienced MOT Technician to join a busy team. The role offers a competitive salary (£36,000–£38,000 per year) with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging over £3,600, and a 42.5-hour week Mon–Fri + on alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MOT Technician or via apprenticeship.
• Valid MOT licence and UK driving licence held for at least 6 months with minimal penalty points.
• Ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines and handle Saturday rota.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT tests on customer vehicles in accordance with Ministry standards.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform service and repair work.
• Provide workshop support for various maintenance tasks.
• Assist with customer enquiries at reception when required.
• Ensure work is completed within timeframes while maintaining high quality.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and vehicle details.
• Uphold safety standards and workshop policies at all times.
