Job description

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated MOT Tester to join our team at Sytner Coventry.

About the Role

As a Sytner MOT Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out thorough MOT inspections for our customers, ensuring visual health checks and producing informative videos to help customers understand their vehicle's condition.

Our dealerships feature state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, and technology in a safe, friendly, and clean environment.

Work patterns are flexible, often including weekends, to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.

About You
  • You must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification, preferably NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and a registered MOT Tester.
  • You should demonstrate the ability to work within given timescales and handle minor repairs, servicing, and MOTs.
  • Diagnostic skills and problem-solving experience are desirable but not essential.
  • Effective time management and maintaining high-quality standards are important.

Training and facilities are available to support your career development, even if you're not currently working for BMW.

Applicants should have a Level 3 industry-recognized qualification and franchised dealership experience.
