Overview

Our client is seeking a Mosaic Subject Matter Expert to support the successful implementation, delivery, and adoption of the Mosaic system. This role focuses on both Children and Young People\'s Service and Adult Services and Wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge on Mosaic forms and workflow to ensure effective implementation and use.
  • Oversee data quality, including identification and correction of data issues.
  • Assist in data migration, ensuring accurate shaping and matching of system data.
  • Conduct Mosaic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and execution.
  • Support both Children\'s Social Care and Adult Social Care sectors with system integration and functionality.
Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Mosaic forms, workflows, and best practices.
  • Proficient in reference data management and understanding its criticality.
  • Experienced in setting up worker roles within Mosaic.
  • Skilled in creating and managing migration workflows.
  • Familiar with the steps required for going live with new systems and post-go-live case pickup and progress.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team, as well as independently.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior project team members and board members.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
