Overview

Mosaic Subject Matter Expert - Children and Young People Services

Day Rate: £450 - £550 (Outside IR35)

Duration: Estimated 8 months

Working Model: Remote

Start Date: Immediate start preferred

We are seeking experienced Mosaic Subject Matter Experts to support the successful implementation, delivery, and adoption of the Mosaic Implementation Programme across Children and Young People's Services and Adult Services and Wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge of Mosaic forms and workflow.
  • Support data quality, identification, and correction activities.
  • Lead data migration efforts (shaping/matching off-system data).
  • Design and execute Mosaic User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with teams across Children\'s Social Care and/or Adult Social Care.
  • Utilise knowledge of reference data and its critical importance.
  • Set up worker roles in Mosaic.
  • Develop and manage workflow creation, particularly migration workflows.
  • Support go-live steps, post-go-live case pick-up, and progress tracking.
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
  • Expert knowledge of Mosaic forms and workflow.
  • Strong understanding of data quality, identification, and correction.
  • Data migration experience (shaping/matching off-system data).
  • Mosaic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) design and execution.
  • Experience within Children's Social Care and/or Adult Social Care.
