Job description

About the team: The Mortgage Servicing team processes customer service-related tasks for the lending brands within OSB Group.

What you will be doing: As a mortgage servicing assistant, you will undertake a range of mortgage administration enquiries and tasks from customers, solicitors, intermediaries, and internal referrals, including those from the OSB back-office support team in India. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual seeking to enter the mortgage industry. Our supportive team will guide you through the processes and products, focusing on supporting our existing mortgage account holders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing high-quality customer service to external and internal customers to maintain satisfaction.
  2. Ensuring all tasks and enquiries related to mortgage accounts are handled promptly to meet SLAs.
  3. Taking responsibility for your work and supporting team members.
  4. Maintaining standards for customer outcomes, service levels, and quality measures.
  5. Processing documents with speed and accuracy to meet productivity and quality targets.
