As the new Mortgage Manager, you'll lead 6 branches in South Essex, guiding the existing team of Mortgage Advisors to excellence while expanding the team further. We welcome applications from experienced candidates seeking their next career move. You'll recruit, manage, and mentor a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants across multiple successful Abbotts Branches.

You'll be financially rewarded based on your team's success in surpassing sales targets, aligned with the standard Mortgage Manager's compensation plan. Applicants must hold full mortgage qualifications and have Financial Services Experience.
