Job Description

As a Mortgage Sales Specialist you will be delivering outstanding service both on the phone and via written communication with key Mortgage Brokers to build strong relationships. You will be working with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure that KPIs are met.

As a Mortgage Sales Specialist we are looking for someone to:

  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephone enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
  • Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from the Brokers in terms of the market helping the Account Managers identify new opportunities
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
  • Present a professional image of the company to deliver positive broker experience throughout the broker journey

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Mortgage experience
  • Experience in a telephone based role
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong objection handling and problem solving skills

Desirable:

  • CeMAP qualified
  • Business to Business sales experience
