Connells Group in Caterham's Bairstow Eves branch is seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor. You will build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues, generate new business, and guide customers through the mortgage and protection process with care and professionalism.

This role offers an attractive OTE £65k, uncapped commission, industry-leading training and development, quality leads from our estate agency network, and clear career progression with modern technology

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the mortgage and protection process.
• Develop your knowledge and advisory skills through coaching and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
