Job summary

Connells Group is hiring a Mortgage Advisor to cover North Norfolk, including Fakenham and Cromer. You will provide expert mortgage and protection guidance, and manage customers through the full process from application to completion.

The role offers a competitive base with uncapped commission, quality leads, and strong training to help you succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
