Mortgage Matters - Wards of Kent

The Package:

Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: Circa £25,000

On Target Earnings: £35,000 (uncapped)

️Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 08-30am to 5-30pm

Working alongside one of our best Mortgage Advisors, you will support and manage our customers’ journey and conduct first chats to support their mortgage application and mortgage protection product needs.

What will I be doing?

Conducting appointments with our customers, building rapport and collating all details and requirements for their finance and protection needs.

Advising customers on all aspects of the mortgage and what they need to do to protect their biggest asset.

You will be providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients.

Maintaining a compliant service in line with the Financial Services Authority and our obligations to/from clients under the Data Protection Act

Attending virtual morning sales meetings
