Job summary

Just Mortgages, part of Spicerhaart Group Ltd., is recruiting a Mortgage and Protection Adviser for March. You will build client relationships, generate leads, and work with the Estate Agency and support teams to deliver a high standard of service.

Role requires CeMAP or equivalent, experience in mortgage advising, and a track record of meeting KPIs. Office-based, with standard hours and potential Saturday work.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Right to work in the UK evidence required (passport, birth cert).
• Excellent communication across channels (email, phone, in person, video).

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance and Sales teams to streamline process.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish, ensuring high customer service.
