Role Description

This is a full-time self-employed remote role as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser (Partner). As a Partner, you have the autonomy to build your own business and client base with the support of an existing brand and leads provided, as well as business support to achieve your earning and lifestyle goals.

The partner will be responsible for providing mortgage and protection advice to clients, tailoring financial products to meet client needs. Tasks include conducting client consultations, research, and making formal Mortgage & Protection recommendations.

You are ‘your own boss’; you set your working hours and location. We provide a structured environment to help you thrive and succeed.

We are an appointed representative of The Openwork Partnership. You’ll need to complete a training course before advising clients, mainly over the phone or via video call. You’ll work within our CRM system managing enquiries, sourcing, and recommendations. We are a digital-first business.

Core Requirements & Expectations

• CEMAP Qualified
• Ideally CAS or working towards CAS
• Willing to self-generate some clients
• Provide exceptional advice from enquiry to completion
• Ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat and referral business
• Advise on protection alongside mortgage recommendations
• Maintain high standards of business quality and compliance
