Role Description

This is a full-time self-employed remote role as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser (Partner). As a Partner, you have the autonomy to build your own business and client base with the support of an existing brand and leads provided, as well as receiving business support to achieve your earning and lifestyle goals.

The partner will be responsible for providing mortgage and protection advice to clients, and tailoring financial products to meet client needs. The role includes conducting client consultations, research, and making formal Mortgage & Protection recommendations.

You are ‘your own boss’, setting your working hours and location, with a structured environment to support your success.

We are an appointed representative of The Openwork Partnership and you'll be required to complete a training development course prior to advising clients, predominantly over the phone or via video call. You’ll work within our CRM system managing enquiries, sourcing, and recommendations in a digital-first environment.

• Willing to self-generate a proportion of your own customers
• Providing exceptional advice from enquiry to recommendation and completion
• Ensuring client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals
