Job summary

Infinity Financial Advice is seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its growing business in Stourbridge. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, supported by dedicated case management and technical administration to maximise earning potential.

You will provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice, manage agency leads, and build strong partnerships to drive client outcomes and ongoing business relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Experience writing both mortgage and protection business.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and commercially driven.
• Strong understanding of FCA and regulatory requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Stourbridge regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
• Manage and convert estate agency generated leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agency partners.
• Conduct client fact-finds and recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions.
• Manage a busy pipeline of new enquiries, applications and follow-up appointments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with case managers and support staff to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Proactively generate additional opportunities through referrals and existing relationships.
