JOB TITLE: Mortgage Product Manager, Homes – 12 Month FTC/Secondment
SALARY: The salary banding for this role is £59,850 - £66,500
LOCATION: Chester, Manchester, Bristol, Halifax, Leeds or London
HOURS: 35 hours, full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Our team oversees the Group’s mortgage portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance and positive customer outcomes. We value problem solvers with attention to detail and determination.
Utilising data and analytics to inform decisions, track performance, and identify improvement opportunities. Building dashboards and reports for monitoring.
Defining and delivering strategies for customer management and treatment, balancing business, conduct, and customer considerations.
Collaborating across teams to lead initiatives and projects related to Homes.
Understanding customer behaviour and product performance, while evaluating risks and conduct.

A degree or higher education preferred.
Strong mortgage experience with a proven track record in managing product portfolios.
Proficiency in analytical tools and MI systems for data analysis and insight generation.
Ability to influence relationships to benefit customers.
Customer-first mindset, ensuring needs are prioritised.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative problem-solving skills to improve customer experiences.
Risk management capabilities, assessing and mitigating risks effectively.
