Job summary

Swarm Recruitment Ltd, based in Walton-on-Thames, seeks an experienced Paraplanner for a mortgage and protection practice. You will work with the Director and a senior paraplanner on mortgage and protection research, assist with client presentations and lender submissions, and support will writing and estate planning when needed.

This four-day week role offers full-time pay, flexible hours, and a predominantly office-based environment in Hersham with some remote work, plus a discretionary bonus

Qualifications

• Paraplanning experience across mortgage and protection research.
• Ability to generate solutions and support client recommendations.
• Experience assisting with will writing and estate planning where needed.

Responsibilities

• Research mortgage products and lender criteria to support advice.
• Generate and assess appropriate mortgage and protection solutions.
• Prepare client recommendations and assist with presentations.
• Submit mortgage applications and coordinate fact-find meetings.
• Log leads and support the booking of fact-find meetings.
• Provide support to will writing and estate planning when required.
• Work closely with the Director and team to maintain high-quality service.
