Job summary

MONY Group in London is seeking a Commercial Manager for Mortgages on a fixed-term maternity cover until March 2028. You will own the end-to-end commercial performance across Mortgages and related products, including equity release and surveys, shaping revenue growth and partner strategies.

You'll lead trading, manage lender and broker relationships, and collaborate with Compliance to ensure FCA and Consumer Duty alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage market.
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech or Ecommerce.
• Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements relevant to mortgage and lending products, including Consumer Duty and customer outcome obligations.
• Proven experience leading commercial functions and owning business performance, including revenue growth, optimisation and strategic delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead strategic partner relationships, delivering long term commercial success with lenders, brokers and related partners.

Responsibilities

• Own Mortgages revenue, margin and growth targets.
• Lead trading strategy and delivery using insights and market data.
• Develop and manage lender, broker and partner relationships.
• Support commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships.
• Improve conversion and customer journeys.
• Ensure governance and FCA compliance and consumer outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategy and delivery.
