Job summary

MONY Group plc is seeking a Commercial Manager for Mortgages on a fixed-term maternity cover through March 2028. You will own end-to-end performance across Mortgages and related products, including equity release and surveys, driving revenue growth within a regulated environment.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives with trading, partnerships and proposition development, to strengthen market position and partner performance while ensuring strong governance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of mortgage market dynamics and key drivers.
• Experience in financial services, fintech or ecommerce with commercial impact.
• Proven track record in leading commercial functions and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own Mortgages revenue, margin and growth targets.
• Lead trading strategy using data, insight and market intelligence.
• Develop channel, proposition and partner roadmaps aligned to strategy.
• Manage lender, broker and fintech partner relationships for joint growth.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure FCA governed customer outcomes.
