Mortgage Case Manager

Department: Case Management Team

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: United Kingdom

Compensation: £32,000 / year

Description

Meet the Mortgage Case Management Team

We’ve got a great team made up of 30 Case Managers, 10 Administrators, and 2 Team Leaders. Our Administrators take care of most of the keying and DIPs, which frees up our Case Managers to focus on guiding mortgage cases from start to finish. They really know their stuff and are trusted to get things done the right way.

This setup means we can tailor the mortgage journey to each customer. We move quickly, collaborate closely, and back each other all the way. Whether someone’s staying put or making a big move, we’re here to make mortgages feel a whole lot easier.

How we work

We keep things flexible but structured to make sure we’re there when our customers need us. Our team works across a mix of shifts between 8am and 8pm, totaling 39 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

As an experienced Case Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in progressing customer mortgage applications from submission through to completion - at speed and with precision. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that thrives under pressure and delivers industry-leading service at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a large pipeline of post-submission mortgage cases (100-140+), ensuring all cases progress efficiently through to completion.
  • Act as the key liaison between customers, lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors, delivering clear, proactive updates at every stage.
  • Work closely with our team of Mortgage Experts to secure the best outcomes for every client.
  • Handle DIP submissions, lender communications, offer chasing, and document checks.
  • Stay ahead of lender service levels, rate changes, and policy updates to keep cases on track and optimise turnaround times.
  • Specialise in a defined part of the process, becoming a subject matter expert in your area.
  • Be part of a fast-paced, agile environment where change is constant, and responsiveness is everything.
What do we need from you?

We’re after the best of the best, people who know mortgages inside out, thrive in fast-paced environments, and genuinely care about doing a great job.

  • At least 2 years' experience in a high-volume, end-to-end mortgage case management role.
  • Confident managing a large caseload with tight timelines — while staying organised and detail-focused.
  • A solid understanding of the full mortgage process and lender requirements.
  • Comfortable navigating rate changes, lender SLAs, and keeping everything moving at pace.
  • A real team player with a customer-first mindset and a flexible approach to shifts and Saturdays.
What you’ll get in return..

We believe that great people deserve great rewards and we’ve built a benefits package to match:

  • £32,000 Base Salary
  • 100% Remote working
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, your birthday off, a moving house day, and two additional company-wide wellbeing days
  • In Person social events - Summer socials and Christmas Parties!
  • Work from anywhere in the world for up to 30 days per year
  • Access to private medical insurance (subsidised)
  • Sick pay and income protection insurance
  • Critical illness cover and death-in-service benefit
  • Enhanced parental and adoption pay
  • Long service recognition (up to £3,000)
  • Casual dress code and a relaxed, high-energy culture
