A leading mortgage service provider is seeking an experienced Mortgage Case Manager to manage the entire mortgage application process. This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000, 100% remote working, 25 days annual leave, and various benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in mortgage case management and a strong understanding of the mortgage process.

Meet the Mortgage Case Management Team
We’ve got a great team made up of 30 Case Managers, 10 Administrators, and 2 Team Leaders. Our Administrators take care of most of the keying and DIPs, which frees up our Case Managers to focus on guiding mortgage cases from start to finish. They really know their stuff and are trusted to get things done the right way.
This setup means we can tailor the mortgage journey to each customer. We move quickly, collaborate closely, and back each other all the way. Whether someone’s staying put or making a big move, we’re here to make mortgages feel a whole lot easier.
We keep things flexible but structured to make sure we’re there when our customers need us. Our team works across a mix of shifts between 8am and 8pm, totaling 39 hours per week.
As an experienced Case Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in progressing customer mortgage applications from submission through to completion - at speed and with precision. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that thrives under pressure and delivers industry-leading service at scale.
