Mortgage Broker - Sales

As a Mortgage Broker - Sales, you will deliver outstanding service both on the phone and via written communication with key Mortgage Brokers to build strong relationships. You will work with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure that KPIs are met.

Responsibilities of a Mortgage Broker Sales Executive include:

1. Responding to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing exceptional customer service regarding product and criteria information.
2. Supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales.
3. Updating Account Managers with regular feedback from Brokers and market insights to help identify new opportunities.
4. Identifying intermediary needs, clarifying information, and providing accurate solutions across all product offerings.
5. Supporting administrative tasks such as managing mailboxes and CRM.
6. Presenting a professional image of the company to ensure a positive broker experience throughout their journey.
7. Managing relationships and promoting company products and services, fully immersing in policies, procedures, and company culture to represent the company effectively at all levels.

Qualifications

Essential

• Mortgage industry experience
• Telephone sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker
• Experience managing inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and handling inboxes
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills

Desirable

• Business-to-business sales experience
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Mortgage industry experience
