Award-winning brokerage is seeking a new Mortgage Broker to join our team on either an Employed or Self-Employed basis.

We are the leading UK broker specialising in Self Build and Development funding.

The role would be suited to an experienced broker looking for a new challenge, eager to expand their knowledge, and with the opportunity to earn more while working for a market-leading firm with a great team.

Employment Types and Compensation

• Employed: Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £85,000
• Self Employed: Average case size in 2024 was £4,097 (mortgage and broker fee only). Expected net earnings for the adviser is £120,000

Work Environment

The role can be home-based. However, the candidate must commit to the first 4-6 weeks being fully office-based during the firm's internal training program.
