Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Broker located in Neath with some work from home acceptable. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for providing mortgage advice, arranging and negotiating mortgage loans, and liaising with lenders and clients. Day-to-day tasks include assessing clients' financial situations, researching mortgage products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Mortgage Broker will support clients with debt consolidation and offer mortgage marketing services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mortgage Brokerage and related financial services
• Experience with Debt Consolidation and Mortgage Marketing
• Strong understanding of Finance and Brokerage practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant certifications in Mortgage Brokering and Financial Planning
