Job summary

KFS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker for a hybrid, home-based role with regular visits to our Essex office. You will advise clients across specialist lending products, including BTL mortgages and bridging finance, supported by a high-quality lead pipeline.

The role requires a proactive, sales-driven mindset and strong relationship-building skills to manage clients and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' mortgage broking experience.
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience within the specialist lending market.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across specialist lending products including BTL mortgages and Bridging Finance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate business opportunities.
• Work with a case manager to handle admin and documentation, enabling focus on client management.
