Job summary

Clark James Recruitment is seeking a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Broker for an employed or self-employed position in the Richmond area. You will service qualified leads, generate new business, and guide clients through the mortgage process to completion.

The role is office-based with no weekend work and offers uncapped earnings with high-quality leads. You should be ambitious, hungry, and capable of building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent essential.
• Previous Mortgage Broking experience essential.
• Hungry and motivated to succeed, this position will suit a commission driven individual.

• Excellent client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• To service qualified leads and pro-actively generate new business.
• To support and guide clients through the property mortgage process, through to completion.
