Qualifications

• Experience working with Mortgages (this is a must).
• Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
• Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
• Strong Objection handling and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound intermediary telephone enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information.
• Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the Brokers.
• Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions.
• Manage new/existing relationships, promoting company's products and services.

Job Description

As aMortgage Brokeryou will deliver outstanding service both on the phone and via emails with key Mortgage Brokers to build strong relationships. You will work with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure that KPI's are met.

As aMortgage Brokerwe are looking for someone to:

• Respond to inbound intermediary telephone enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
• Update the Account Managers with regular feedbackfrom the Brokers and in terms of the market, helping the Account Manager's to identify new opportunities.
• Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
• Manage new/existing relationships, promoting company's products and services
• Immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of Together to enable a high level representationof the company at all levels with our intermediarypartners.

Qualifications
