Job summary

The Opportunity

Working closely with a successful estate agency team in the Cambridge / St Ives area, you will receive a consistent flow of introductions from experienced estate agency professionals.

The branch has averaged 70+ property sales per month over the past two years, creating significant opportunities for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor.

Average property values are approximately £350,000, with transactions regularly reaching £900,000.

With an average case income of approximately £3,000, a driven adviser has the potential to bank £180,000+ in procuration fees, broker fees and protection income, creating the potential for personal earnings exceeding £90,000 per annum.

Hybrid Working

This is a genuine hybrid Mortgage Advisor role, combining estate agency branch interaction with remote working.

You will typically attend the branch 3-4 days per week, allowing you to build strong relationships with estate agency introducers while retaining flexibility around your diary and client appointments.

Appointments can be conducted face-to-face, by telephone or virtually.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered, you should:

• Be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Hold Competent Adviser Status (CAS)

• Be confident converting estate agency-generated leads
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Be comfortable developing relationships with estate agency introducers
• Be ambitious, motivated and target-driven
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Live within a commutable distance of Cambridge / St Ives
• Be able to satisfy all required regulatory and background checks
